In 1993 building space was leased in Mobridge, South Dakota to better serve the patients in the west central part of the state.  It is located approximately 100 miles west of Aberdeen.  Physicians rotate clinic in Mobridge and perform minor surgeries at the Mobridge Regional Hospital.

In 1996 Orthopedic Surgery Specialists, Ltd. constructed a new clinic in Huron, South Dakota, which is located 90 miles southeast of Aberdeen.  It became operational in October of that year with doctors conducting a clinic there twice a week.

Orthopedic Center of the Dakotas was built in 1998, a state of the art orthopedic institute, which is located at 701 8th Avenue Northwest in Aberdeen, South Dakota.  Orthopedic Center of the Dakotas consists of three businesses:  Orthopedic Surgery Specialists, Dakota Plains Surgical Center and Aberdeen Physical Therapy.  The facility allows the physicians to provide full service orthopedic care under one roof.
