Avera Center for MindBodySpirit

The Avera Center for MindBodySpirit offers "Living Well" classes for people suffering from a variety of stressors and illnesses, including heart ailments. The program for people with cardiopulmonary (heart and lung) problems is called "Healing the Heart."

For people with lung and breathing problems. Held monthly (except Dec.) on 3rd Monday, 1:30 p.m. in the Rehab & Wellness Institute Conference Room.  

Stroke Survivors

Offers information to people who have suffered a stroke as well as family and caregivers.  Monday, 2nd Tuesday, 1:30 p.m. in the McVay Conference Room, Benedictine Center, 3rd floor.
