12-session package:

  • Pre-/post-evaluations

18-session package:

  • Pre-/post-evaluations

24-session package:

Enhance Your Baseball Skills

Enhance your overall baseball skills of running, fielding and throwing with our off-field training program:

  • Treadmill workouts improve and maximize sprint mechanics, running efficiency, stride length and stride frequency
  • Plyometric exercises that develop core strengthening and multi-directional agility
  • Functional strength training that improves bat speed and throwing velocity

No matter your position, the phases and camps below describe how you will keep your baseball performance at peak level during the year.

Can’t make all three phases? Join one or two or make any combination! Available to all baseball players in the Sioux Falls area. Discounts available to SEBA members.

  • Long toss program run by SEBA coaches
  • Speed, agility and conditioning drills
  • Off-season lifting program

Phase 2: December – February

  • Long toss program run by SEBA coaches
  • Off-season lifting program
  • Two days/week Athletic Republic training

Phase 3: February – March

  • Off-season lifting program
  • Two days/week Athletic Republic training
  • Two days/week fielding and throwing with SEBA coaches
  • Two days/week hitting in the cages

Phase 4: April – May

  • In-season lifting
  • Three days/week fielding and throwing with SEBA coaches
  • Two days/week hitting in the cages
