Enhance your overall baseball skills of running, fielding and throwing with our off-field training program:

  • Long toss program and baseball training run by SEBA coaches
  • Off-season lifting program
  • Two days per week Athletic Republic training

Phase 2: March - May

  • Long toss program and baseball training run by SEBA coaches
  • Three days per week fielding, throwing and hitting in the cages
  • Off-season lifting program
  • Two days per week Athletic Republic training
