Avera Sports with Athletic Republic Training offers multiple training packages.

12-session package:

  • Pre-/post-evaluations
  • Six running treadmill workouts

18-session package:

  • Pre-/post-evaluations
  • Nine running treadmill workouts
  • Nine plyometric workouts

24-session package:

Enhance Your Football Skills

Whether you’re a running back, wide receiver, quarterback, lineman, etc., enhance your football skills with our off-field training program:

  • Treadmill workouts improve and maximize sprint mechanics, running efficiency, stride length and stride frequency
  • Strength exercises with patented equipment affect changes in muscle force, angular velocity and power output
  • Functional training improves on-field performance by working foot speed, dynamic stability and core strength

Football Camps and Clinics

The Football Academy includes three phases:

Phase 1

Phase 1: January – March

  • Three days/week treadmill and plyometric training
  • One day/week ground base training/conditioning
  • Off-season weight training

Phase 2

Phase 2: March – May

  • Three days/week treadmill and plyometric training
  • One day/week ground base training/conditioning
  • Off-season weight training

Phase 3

Phase 3: June – August

  • Three days/week treadmill and plyometric training
  • One day/week ground base training and conditioning
  • Off-season weight training
