Enhance Your Hockey Skills

Improve your skating, stick handling and shooting with our off-ice training program:

  • Skating treadmill workouts improve and maximize skating mechanics, skating efficiency, stride length and stride frequency
  • Strength exercises with patented equipment affect changes in muscle force, angular velocity and power output
  • Functional training improves on-ice performance by developing foot speed, multi-directional agility and core strength
