12-session package:

Improve Your Track Skills

Whether your event is hurdles, sprints, jumps, shot put or vaulting, compete better with focused training:

  • Treadmill workouts improve and maximize sprint mechanics, running efficiency, stride length and stride frequency
  • Strength exercises with patented equipment affect changes in muscle force, angular velocity and power output
  • Functional training improves on-track performance by working foot speed and strike, dynamic stability and core strength
